When it comes to assessments, we think beyond true-false quizzes. Our assessments are designed to determine whether the training solution we’ve produced has changed behavior.

We build practice-based assessments that measure the learner’s ability to apply a desired skill. The activities, which can be scored or unscored, are tied back to your project objectives. Can the learner properly inspect a fire-door opening? Can the learner perform a complex tax calculation? Our assessments will find out.

When a quiz is needed, we write the assessment questions to push beyond simple recall of information. We assess whether the learner can problem solve in on-the-job situations.
